The Role
Your “day job” will include pivoting between managing customer orders, taking customer calls, partnering with shipping & suppliers to track order fulfillment, and supporting our sales team.
- Order Entry: average 10-30 orders entered per day from phone calls and email.
- Phone Support to customers/prospects regarding order status, returns, tracking.
- Connect with shipping partners to ensure deliveries are routed correctly.
- Support the Inside Sales & Core National Accounts team by organizing adhesive samples and following up on the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
